The Work Placement Officer are key roles designed to place students aged 16-18 with employers to allow the students the opportunity to gain work experience.

Employability Skills Coach - Term Time only

Bournemouth & Poole College has an exciting opportunity for a driven and committed Employability Skills Coach to join their team. You will be joining on a term time only, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £20,506 to £22,519 pro rata.

You will need strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and an ability to engage with students. Excellent organisational skills, a pro-active approach and a desire to go the extra mile will also be crucial. If successful you will become part of our experienced and professional team that teaches a range of ages and abilities to full time learners as well as apprentices.
